Truffle Arancini to start as canapés whilst standing and being served with drinks.
Entree:
Confit Salmon, fennel orange and dill Salad remoulade, Edemame beans.
Mains:
Black angus Beef Wellington, Smoked potato, red wine jus. Roasted Gourmet vegetables.
Dessert:
Tiramisu-Espresso, mascarpone with lots of love.
