TASTING NOTES
This small batch of fruit was hand harvested from the Bickley Valley vineyard. The wines were hand plunged during fermentation and matured separately in one year old frent hogsheads before blending. The result is a soft, plush wine with good structure. Enjoy now or cellar with confidence.
