Vermentino fruit was sourced from the north end of Perth Hills wine region for this wine.
TASTING NOTES
Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tank. A secondary fermentino was conducted in this bottle (Methode Traditionelle style). After hand riddling and disgorging we present this crisp, dry, apperatif sparkling.
