THE STORY

TASTING NOTES
Shiraz fruit was hand harvested from the Bickley Valley and the Swan Valley for this wine. Fermentation occurred in traditional open top fermenters where the cap was worked every six hours for eight days before pressing to oak. The wine was matured in a mixture of new and older American Hogsheads. It shows intense dark fruit characters coupled with spicy flavours. Enjoy now or cellar with confidence.
