This crisp dry Rosé was made using Mourvédre, Nebbiolo and Viognier grapes from the Bickley Valley. Its delicate pink hue is accompanied by lifted rose petal, apricot blossom and raspberry aromas while the palate display forest berry fruits with a spicy, savoury edge.
